MyFirstHomeConnect provides remote virtual assistant staffing for professionals and businesses.
2. Payments & Billing
All services are prepaid, with no hourly billing
Clients can choose to pay monthly, every 6 months, or annually
Payments are accepted via our secure online system
3. VA Matching & Support
We match clients with VAs based on availability, skills, and business needs.
We provide onboarding support and offer up to 2 free VA replacements if satisfaction is not met within the first 6 months.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All plans are prepaid and non-refundable
If you wish to discontinue services, MyFirstHomeConnect must be notified in writing
Abusive behavior or misuse may result in immediate service termination without refund
5. Limitations of Liability
MyFirstHomeConnect is not liable for business losses, delays, or damages caused by external tools, platforms, or client-side issues beyond our control.
